The remaining amount must be paid before departure to a Sugarlips representative. You will then be given the ticket you need to join the tour.

How To book
Start by choosing which tour you want to join.
Don’t forget to fill in the date you wish to join,your name, email, and phone number!
Then press the ”Add to Cart” button. Once in the shopping cart, you can add the number of people joining. If both adults and children are joining – press ”Keep Shopping” in the top right corner to add on the children separately to get their discounted price.
When you have added all your items to the cart – go to ”Check Out”
The payment solution is provided by PayPal. You will be asked to log in to your PayPal account – or quickly set one up for free – to finish the payment.
When the deposit is made, you will receive confirmation of the payment.
We will then contact you via email or phone to confirm your booking – normally within 24 hours.
Refunds/Cancellations
If you cannot join your booked tour for some reason, we will let you re-schedule one time, without losing your deposit.
If you should need to cancel your booking, please do so no later than 24h before departure to get a refund.
For private/chartered tours – cancellation must be made 48h before departure to receive a refund.
No show for a tour = no refund.
